Winter Employment

Mt Baldy is looking for fun, dedicated and hardworking individuals to fill full and part time winter seasonal positions. Mt Baldy Resorts offers employment for all levels of qualifications, inside and outside. Employee privileges include:

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Working outside can be both challenging and rewarding. Lifts operate snow or shine for our guests. Attendance, grooming standards, and guest service are the hallmarks of a successful employee. We are looking for responsible, upbeat and animated individuals to join our team.

A smile and a good attitude is naturally part of your “uniform”. If you’re not having fun, then you’re doing something wrong! You will need warm clothes, including footwear (boots), gloves, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and pack a lunch.

Mt Baldy Ski Lifts Company Policy:
It is Company policy not to employ persons who use illegal drugs or abuse alcohol. The Company reserves the right to require an employee to submit to testing for alcohol and or illegal drugs as a continuing condition of employment with the Company. An employee who refuses to submit to such testing or who test positive may be suspended from work, disciplined, or immediately terminated, at the Company’s sole discretion. The Company also reserves the right to search the employee’s workplace for alcohol or illegal substances. Smoking is not permitted on the job. Employees are not allowed to consume or purchase alcohol on Ski Area property at any time, including on your days off.
